Panama Oil Terminals S.A.

Through its subsidiary Panama Oil Terminals S.A., Global Oil Management Group LLC operates 3.3 million barrels of storage for fuel oil and diesel on either side of the Panama Canal. POTSA operates in accordance with the highest intentional standards, such as American Petroleum Institute (API), American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM), International Safety Guide for Oil Tankers and Terminals (ISGOTT), as well as others.

POTSA’s adherence to these standards allows us to provide services for major international energy companies such as Glencore, Gunvor, BP and Freepoint, amongst others.

Bitutrade

Global Oil Management Group LLC, through its subsidiary Bitutrade, owns and operates 40,000 barrels of asphalt storage on the western coast of Panama. Through this terminal, Bitutrade provides high-quality AC-30 asphalt to its local customers. Our terminal has a truck rack and weigh scale that allows us to simultaneously load tow trucks in 20 minutes. This gives us one of the most efficient and safest asphalt terminals in the country.

Domincan Republic

Global Oil Management Group LLC, through its Dominican affiliates, owns and operates 135,000 barrels of asphalt storage at our terminal in Rio Haina, Dominican Republic. This is the largest asphalt terminal in the country. For the past 30 years, We have been the main supplier of asphalt to the Dominican Republic and have worked with the country to improve the quality of their road construction. This has been done by introducing higher quality asphalt, polymer modification, and sourcing various grades of asphalt for differing applications.

Curacao Oil Refining and Trading / Terminal

Global Oil Management Group LLC, through its subsidiary Curacao Oil Refining and Trading (“CORT”), operates over 5 million barrels of storage in Emmastad, Curacao. This storage consists of heavy and light crude oil, asphalt, VGO, distillates, and naphta. The deep water harbor, that allows passage for vessels with up to 42 feet of draft, provides for wind protected strategic storage in the Caribbean.
